Plan on 1-2 hours per week during a 30-day sprint. We try to only put one big idea/action step in front of you per session in each Action Plan, so that you can actually go implement it! So a 10-15 minute video + a 60-minute huddle + 1-2 hours to go do the work. Many Sherpas delegate pieces to volunteers or other team members, so the workload doesn’t fall only on them.

The national average in churches is around 1 out of 20 guests getting connected long term. Based on what we see in our tribe’s churches, we think it’s safe to assume that if you pursue change throughout your entire system, and your team is on board with your efforts, you should be able to double your assimilation rate over the next 6 to 12 months. Results vary by context, of course — but this expectation is pretty safe with the right amount of effort and engagement.

Not necessarily. Most churches already have what they need (a ChMS, email, texting). We help you use what you have better. The wins come from alignment and clarity — not extra spending. It’s possible you’ll need a few extra pieces of the puzzle, but nothing huge.

No problem. Each month’s Action Plan stands on its own, and you’ll still have access to the community and resources. You can jump back into the next live huddle whenever you’re able. We do them weekly to make sure that you get at least 1-2 huddles per month—we even change the times each week to make it more accessible.

Yes of course! You can join month-to-month and cancel anytime before the next billing cycle if it’s not a fit — or just if you get what you need and need a month off! Come and go throughout the year however it works for you and your church.
